Residence Hall Cost

The residence hall costs are:

Summer 2026 in South Campus Residence Hall:

• Summer I - $900.00
• Summer II - $900.00
• Summer Long - $2,125.00

Fall 2026 and Spring 2027:

• Hatcher and Thompson Residence Halls - $3,150.00
• South Campus (new residence hall) - $3,350 .00

Payment plans are available online through MyPJC (requires $25 payment plan fee each semester; see plan for details; other fees may apply, including returned payment fees).

Room and food-service fees may be paid in installments:

• Fall: one-quarter at move-in, then one-quarter each on Oct. 1, Nov. 1, and Dec. 1.
• Spring: one-quarter at move-in, then one-quarter each on March 1, April 1, and May 1.
• Summer: $500 at move-in, then $500 each on June 10, July 10, and Aug. 10.
• Missing an installment results in loss of cafeteria access; if payment is not received within two weeks, the student is removed from campus housing.

Deposit refund rules:

• At the close of a completed semester, the deposit is refunded less any room damage, provided proper checkout procedures are followed.
• A cancellation request received 30 days before the semester begins is fully refunded.
• No refund is made to a student who withdraws or is required to withdraw during a semester.
• Deposits are NOT refunded if checkout procedures aren’t followed, trash is left, the room is left dirty, there is room/furniture damage, or the student leaves before the end of the term.
