Paris Junior College Lady Dragons basketball players Voche' Martin and Kelsei Ewings signed on Wednesday to continue their playing careers at four-year schools.
Martin, who played for Duncanville High School and is from Desoto, Texas, signed to play with University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Miss.
"I'm excited and I feel confident in my decision to finish my playing career there," said Martin. "Coach Sean is a great coach, and I'm already growing as a player under his wing. I appreciate the opportunity he's given me to advance to my goal."
"Southern Miss is getting a skilled athlete," said LeBeauf. "Voche' has a chance to make an immediate impact if she continues in the direction she's going."
Ewings, who played for West Point High School in West Point, Miss., signed to play for the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Ark.
"I'm pretty excited about getting a chance to sign with another Division I school," said Ewings. "Playing at PJC is a real challenge for me as a person, to play for Coach Sean. He pushes you even when you think you can't push yourself any further. It's tough, but I love it because it's tough."
"Central Arkansas is getting a tough-minded basketball player who continues to grow each day and wants to be good," said LeBeauf of Ewings. "She has humbled herself to receive all that we're presenting to her, and it can be seen in the growth she's making on the court. She will make a difference once she steps onto that campus."
