Paris Junior College baseball player Michael Medina has signed to continue his playing career with Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas. The left-handed pitcher is from Sugar Land, Texas, and a graduate of Dulles High School. Earlier this year he was selected to the 2011 Texas/New Mexico Junior College Coaches Association All-Star Team. "Michael has been a solid member of our pitching staff", says PJC Baseball Coach Deron Clark, "and I have high expectations for his performances this Spring. I am excited about his opportunities at Prarie View A&M and I know they will be pleased with the person they have signed."
