Big welcome planned when Dragons return from NJCAA tournament

Paris Junior College is planning a celebration Monday to welcome home the Dragon basketball team from Hutchinson, Kan., and to congratulate them on their success at the NJCAA national tournament. The event will be begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Hunt Center. The public is invited to come out and congratulate the team that made it to the final four of the NJCAA tournament. It was PJC's first appearance in the national tourney in 46 years. Members of the college administration, coaches, and possibly some of the Dragon team members will make comments. Refreshments will be available and plenty of time will be given to visit with coaches and players.
