Class of ‘57 plans reunion at Homecoming 2007

Members of the class of 1957 at Paris Junior College will hold a 50-year reunion during Homecoming 2007, according to Charlotte Vaughan Dunn. Dunn is serving as a contact person along with Peggy Roland Jack and Wayne Clement. They are trying to locate and contact as many of their 1957 PJC classmates as possible prior to the event. Anyone in the 1956 and 1958 classes is also invited to join them at the celebrtion. The reunion will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, in room 205 of the McLemore Student Center. The class of '57 will receive special recognition during Homecoming events. A special table will be available for those making reservations for the Awards Luncheon to be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10. The luncheon will feature Distinguished Alumnus and keynote speaker Carroll Dawson, recently retired general manager of the Houston Rockets.
