PJC employees honored for their years of service

Paris Junior College President Dr. Pam Anglin awarded service pins to administration, faculty and staff members in the opening assembly for the fall semester held Monday. See additional photos on Flickr. Jan Jordan was awarded a 40-year pin. Mike Barnett and Daisy Harvill received 30-year pins. Twenty-five year recognition went to Elaine Anderson, Marsha Dennis, Judy Spann and Kenneth Webb. Receiving 20-year honor was Gayla Jeffery. Employees receiving pins for 15 years of service were Sharon Dennehy, Roy Edmonson, Misty Gage, Michaela Gartrell, Rickey McFadden, Cynthia Steward and Suzanne Todd. Ten-year honors went to Dr. Anglin, Tom Bass, Randall Cox, Roy Dixon, Mike Ormsbee, Garry Parker, Rita Pringle and Joann Seiber. "We are delighted to recognize the hard work and loyalty of our staff and faculty for PJC and to our students," said Dr. Anglin. "It's a pleasure to be able to recognize them." A reception was held Monday afternoon to honor retirees Marilee Miller, Information Services secretary, for 21 years of service, and Ray Evans, HVAC Specialist in Plant Operations, for 18 years of service.
