Latest PJC library gaming winners announced

Gaming Night in the Library attracted 29 students who participated in several rounds of Halo II on Sept. 27.
The Library hosted four teams that competed against each other to reach the highest score in this interactive military engagement game popular among gamers today. Refreshments were provided by the library and Student Activities Office.
The winning team was Pink Mist. Team members included Huston Hickman, Josh Kendall and Josh Lynch, all of Paris, Texas, and Dylan Smith of Talihina, Okla.
The next Gaming Night in the library is Nov. 8 from 10 p.m. to midnight. If you are a gamer at PJC, come by the reference desk in the library to sign up for a night of fun and competition.
Gaming Nights are held periodically each semester, and include free drinks and snacks. The events are held to attract students and familiarize them with the library as a resource.
