Indoor tailgate party planned to support the Dragons
Published or Revised March 24, 2005
Even though many members of the Paris Junior College administration and staff couldn't follow the PJC Dragons to the NJCAA national tournament in Hutchinson, Kan., they are supporting them at home. "Go Dragons" buttons are predominant on campus, and water-cooler talk is all about the Dragons' first-round victory yesterday over Pratt (Kan.) Community College. PJC administration and staff have planned an "indoor tailgate party" tonight in the McLemore Student Center on campus. The public is invited to come out and listen to the game, snack and be a part of the celebration for the Dragons. The Dragons play Highland (Ill.) Community College at 8:30 p.m. Radios will be set up for listening. Bring your favorite snacks and enjoy the game.
