NJCAA recognizes academic achievement of 15 PJC athletes

Fifteen student-athletes from Paris Junior College have received academic recognition from the National Junior College Athletic Association. Rankings are made up of a 4.0 grade point average (GPA) for First Team, 3.80-3.99 GPA for Second Team, and 3.60-3.79 GPA for Third Team. Named to the NJCAA All-Academic First Team are baseball players Aaron Beaulaurier and Matt Solomon and softball players Kayleigh Forbes and Ashley Maeder. Thomas Jeffries from the PJC baseball team and softball players Krystal Andrade and Jena Konieczka were named to the All-Academic Second Team. PJC members of the All-Academic Third Team include baseball players Luke Bay, Kal Kilgo, Tyler Mendoza, Tyler Myers, Matthew Nemecek, and Dawson Seabourn; softball player Ashley Herrera; and soccer player Zachary Kiser.
