The champions will play one more game at Hunt Center
Published or Revised April 21, 2005
The NJCAA Division I National Champion Paris Junior College Dragon basketball team will make one final appearance in the Hunt Center Wednesday, April 27. The Dragons will play a team comprised of PJC faculty and staff - probably one of the most inexperienced teams the players have ever faced. Sometime during the evening, the Dragons will play a short inter-squad exhibition session. Tip off for this benefit game will be at 6 p.m., and the pubic is encouraged to attend. Admission will be $2 for non-students and $1 for students with ID cards. The event will raise funds to pay for championship rings for the team. PJC National Championship T-shirts will be available for $10 apiece. Baked goods will be for sale, and the concession stand will be open.
