PJC launching first DragonFest on Sept. 6

Paris Junior College hosts the first annual DragonFest to bring the community together for a fun filled event on campus September 6th until noon. A 5K fun run and one-mile walk starting from the PJC campus will kick off events at 8:00 a.m. Other activities include a car and motorcycle show, ice cream freeze-off contest, safety displays from fire and safety organizations, games for kids both big and little, information on PJC academic and workforce programs, and food offerings. To ensure the correct size, pre-register by Aug. 29 for $15. Participants may still sign up for $20 the morning of the event.
