PJC basketball players earn Region 14 honors

Several members of the Paris Junior College Dragons' basketball team earned NJCAA Region XIV conference honors, ending with a season record of 23-7, conference 15-4, and Basketball Head Coach Chuck Taylor named Region XIV Men's Coach of the Year. The Dragons won the regular season conference. Named to the NJCAA All Region XIV First Team were T.J. Taylor and Third Team Phil Hawkins; to the All Conference Region XIV North Zone were Taylor and Hawkins; and to the All Conference North Zone Third Team was Anthony Adams. Cornelius Cammack received All Conference North Zone Honorable Mention. "Any time you can win a regular season championship it's an honor, because this is the toughest conference top to bottom in the NJCAA," Taylor concluded. "It's a marathon, not a sprint, and I thank all my players for their effort this year."
