Paris Junior College sophomore Stanton Lohrengel has signed to play baseball at Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Mo., which is consistently a top 25 nationally-ranked team in the NCAA Division 2 level. The pitcher graduated from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas, Texas.
“Stanton will deliver an immediate impact of physicality and presence on the mound,” said PJC Baseball Coach Deron Clark. “His size and angle of delivery will be difficult for opposing teams to handle.”
“When I visited, I was surprised at how nice everything up there was,” said Lohengral. “I feel that they have a great program and I felt that it was a perfect fit for me.
“While I was at PJC, I made great friends and had the opportunity to continue my baseball playing career. Coach Clark has taught me things to make me a better baseball player and better person in general.”
