SBDC video presentation set

The Small Business Development Center, in partnership with the Historic Red River County Chamber of Commerce, will hold a free seminar,"Overcoming Negativity in the Workplace," from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on March 30, according to Pat Bell, SBDC Director. This video presentation will show why pessimism is so prevalent in today's workplace and will offer positive ways to restore calm and confidence between management and employees. You'll learn what to do about negativity when it creeps into your team, department or organization, and gain strategies to help ward off the negative patterns that can sabotage one's reputation.
