The Texas Institute of Jewelry Technology, a division of Paris Junior College, held summer graduation ceremonies Thursday, Aug. 9, for students completing the jewelry technology program. Minton then introduced Gene Calloway, executive vice president of NAMANO/Southeastern Findings, who addressed the graduates. "The only thing that can put you out of business is you," Calloway said. "People will choose to do business with you if you are genuine, serve them and appreciate them." David McAnally, dean of workforce education, and Raus presented the certificates of completion along with gift bags provided by NAMANO. The graduates are Kyle Offutt and Loyd Srader, both of Paris; Laura Stocklin of Lancaster, Ohio; Benton Thompson of Lewisburg, Tenn.; Scott Stancliff of Montrose, Colo.; Morgan West of Port Neches, Texas; and Kathryn Kliewer of Allen, Texas.
