Sign up by July 11 for free PJC fast track GED courses

Free GED classes are being offered by Paris Junior College's Adult Education Department that can help students get their GED in as little as 10 weeks. Registration runs until Thursday, July 11 for classes starting Monday, July 15 in the Bobby R. Walters Workforce Training Center at PJC.
To qualify for the free classes, students must be at least 17 or older, bring a current driver's license or state ID when registering, and attend all classes.
Instruction will be provided in core GED exam components of language arts, science, social studies, and math. Students will also have help setting up their online GED account and get free GED practice and test vouchers.
Classes will be held Monday through Thursday in two time slots: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Registration can be done in person in Workforce Training Center rooms 1103 or 1109, or email adulted@parisjc.edu to get started.
