PJC qualifies six students for All-State Choir

Six music students from Paris Junior College qualified to attend the Texas Two-Year All State Choir clinic and concert in San Antonio, Feb. 13-16. The singers were selected in auditions held in November. Attending will be, from the left: Myriah Sillers of Heath, Texas; Justin Cox of Memphis, Tenn.; Edward Kelley of Cleveland, Texas; and Katherine Wiebe and Riley Moore of Paris, Texas. Not pictured is Austen Naron of Paris, who qualified, but is playing the lead in the upcoming production of "Cyrano de Bergerac." The play opens on Feb. 28, and he is missing the trip for rehearsals.
