Student Accounts Office

The PJC Student Accounts Office is located in the Administration Building on the Paris Campus, Room 136, and this is where students go to pay for their classes, housing and meal plans.

Paying for Classes

Payment is due upon registration, and students may pay in one of the following ways:

  • Cash, check or credit cards (American Express not accepted online).
  • Set up payment plans online through MyPJC (requires $25 fee each semester; see plan for details; other fees may apply, including returned payment fees).

Refund Schedule for Drops / Withdrawals*

Spring 16 Week: January 13 – May 09

  • 100%: thru January 12
  • 70%: Jan 13 – Feb 03
  • 25%: Feb 04 – Feb 10
  • W Deadline: Apr 10

Spring Flex 1st 8 Week: January 13 – March 07

  • 100%: thru January 12
  • 70%: Jan 13 – Jan 23
  • 25%: Jan 24 – Jan 27
  • W Deadline: Feb 20

Spring Flex 2nd 8 Week: March 17 – May 09

  • 100%: thru March 16
  • 70%: Mar 17 – Mar 26
  • 25%: Mar 27 – Mar 28
  • W Deadline: Apr 24

* If students drop or withdraw on or after first class day, they will be refunded according to the schedule above (regardless of whether the student has paid/not paid or attended/not attended)
