Three Lady Dragons basketball player honored

Brittany Williams, leading scorer for the Paris Junior College Lady Dragons last season, has been named to the All-Region and All-Conference NJCAA Region XIV women's basketball teams. Williams averaged 17 points per game and was the third leading scorer in the conference throughout the season. Williams also pulled down 8.8 rebounds per game and led the conference in steals, averaging 3.6 per game. Two of Williams' teammates, Charinee Mitchell and Kristin Ford, were named to the honorable mention list of All-Conference players. Mitchell averaged 10.9 points per game and Ford had a 9.6 point-per-game average.
