PJC, Literacy Council sponsor training for tutors

Paris Junior College's Adult Education and Family Literacy Department will hold a free training session for volunteer tutors. The training is jointly sponsored by the Lamar County Literacy Council, a United Way agency. Volunteer tutors help the community by helping others learn to read. The training will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 12, in the Rheudasil Learning Center on the PJC campus. No registration is required. For more information call 903-782-0424.
