Winners of the First Juried Student Art Exhibit received their awards Tuesday at the exhibition opening of their entries in the Foyer Gallery at Paris Junior College. "The accomplished young students who represented the award winners for this first juried student exhibit unanimously reflect the combination of craftsmanship and mastery of their mediums that will serve them well as they continue with their educations," said PJC art instructor Susan Moore. "At least half of the winners will be graduating from PJC in May and moving on to four-year colleges where they will continue their art educations in myriad directions, including communication design, photography, education, and museum curatorship, among others.
