The PJC Student Accounts Office is located in the Administration Building on the Paris Campus, Room 136, and this is where students go to pay for their classes, housing and meal plans.

Paying for Classes

Payment is due upon registration, and students may pay in one of the following ways:

  • Cash, check or credit cards (American Express not accepted online).
  • Set up payment plans online through MyPJC (requires $25 fee each semester; see plan for details; other fees may apply, including returned payment fees).
  • Help former students get back on track to earn a certificate or degree, see our Reboot Program.

Fall 16 Week Term: August 25 – December 12

  • 100%: thru September 10
  • 70%: Sep 11 – Sep 15
  • 25%: Sep 16 – Sep 22

Fall 1st 8 Week Term: August 25 – October 16

  • 100%: thru September 02
  • 70%: Sep 03 – Sep 04
  • 25%: Sep 05 – Sep 08

Fall 2nd 8 Week Term: October 20 – December 12

  • 100%: thru October 27
  • 70%: Oct 28 – Oct 29
  • 25%: Oct 30 – Oct 31

Fall Mini Term: December 15 – January 05

  • 100%: thru December 16
  • 70%: Dec 17
  • 25%: Dec 18

* When students withdraw or drop, they will be refunded according to the schedule above (regardless of whether the student has paid/not paid or attended/not attended)
