Responsibilities: This position will assist with daily financial operations in the Business Office and Student Accounts Office; including accounts receivable, accounts payable, student accounts support, and general office functions.

Qualifications: Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Experience in accounting or business office environment. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including data entry, invoice review, and filing. Support student accounts functions such as receipting, student account inquiries, and payment posting. Reconcile accounts for college and foundation records, including appropriate backup for financial transactions. Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft products including Word and Excel. Provide front-line customer service to students, staff, and vendors in person, by phone, and email.

Salary: The minimum hourly pay for this position is $18.00 and the actual starting pay will be dependent upon education and experience of the chosen candidate.
